Let me rephrase: How many calories do you have to burn to lose 20kg? For each Kg of fat you lose, you must burn 7700 calories more than you take in. It is seldom safe to take in fewer than 1400 calories per day for a female. In order to burn fat you must use 1800-2000 calories per day.
