Talk to your doctor : Your dose of Gabapentin is low and could be titrated up. For cases of neuropathy, doses of 2400-3200mg per day in divided doses are standard. You could ask your doctor for a second opinion with a neurologist. Nerve conduction studies are usually ordered. Hope this helps.
