Endometriosis: You may have some pain from endometriosis, especially at or near the time of your menstrual cycle. This results as the fluid from the endometriosis may cause inflammation of the area near the diaphragm on the right. Sometimes, there is an implant directly on the diaphragm that may worsen over time as well. The only way to tell would be at the time of surgery.
