Vaginal discharge : The white contaminants are likely coming from the vaginal area. It is not uncommon to have vaginal discharge increase in the first trimester. Most commonly, there is a vaginal yeast infection when you see white clumpy discharge. This doesn't harm the pregnancy. If you have fever, heavy vaginal bleeding, or any other vaginal concerns you should seek eval. Over-the-counter yeast medication is safe in pregnancy.
