Likely normal: A milky white discharge is common in pregnancy. There should be no odor or itching.

Probably: You should have a relatively thin white discharge while pregnant called leukorrhea. However, if your discharge is associated with irritation, itching and/or odor it could be infection.

Vaginal discharge: The discharge could be normal or yeast infection or bacterial in nature, you do not report any itching or cramping or bleeding. I would report this finding to your GYN to be safe so that if there is infection it can be treated. Some untreated vaginal infection can cause miscarriage.
