Blood clots seem to form in the same spot about every couple months in the same spot in my arm, what do i do? if your overweight is that a factor?

Very often, however, subsequent clots form somewhere else. Weight would not have much effect on this. Bruise or clot?: Blood clot formation in the arms is uncommon. Could it be there is bruise that forms in the same spot. If it is a bruise, it is likely that you may be bumping that site without realizing the trauma. Being overweight is a risk factor for both bruising and blood clots. Not feasible to provide more meaningful answer without examining the lesion.
