I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days nov 14th, with a due date of june 22nd. my lmp was september 19th.. which date is accurate ultrasound or lmp?

Either date is: Predicting your delivery is not an exact science. If the first day of your last normal period was 9-19 then your estimated delivery date would be 6-26 (plus or minus 10 days) and you were about 8 weeks pregnant when you had your ultrasound on 11-14. Your 8 w 4 d sonogram is quite reliable but a first trimester sonogram has a "margin of accuracy" of 3 to 5 days.Your due date is at the end of June

The same: They're only 4 days apart; the ultrasound is accurate to +/- 3-4 days. In other words the dates are the "same" you cannot tell them apart. By convention, most all doctors "use" the LMP dating when it agrees within 1 week with the ultrasound.
