May be normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your creatinine, even for a women, may not be abnormal if you are muscular, eat meat, and are physically active. It would be better to consult your doctor as it is not an issue for self treatment.
