I hope not: You need to discuss the knee issues and your limitations with the Orthopedic Dr. You should be able to walk down steps, unless there is some obvious issues still occurring in your knee joint. The scope may have NOT been truly therapeutic, so be sure to follow-up with the Ortho Dr. and get further testing and treatments to improve your Range of motion and pain. Best wishes.
