Have it evaluated.: If the symptoms are due to neuropathy, topical capsaicin may be helpful for some, while others may benefit with oral medications. Watch you sugar intake, and have your vitamin b levels checked and supplemented as necessary. Consult with your physician for an appropriate plan of care.

Varied: First. Get your glc level under control. For acute symptoms there are holistic meds such as neremedy and metanx. Traditional meds such as Cymbalta (duloxetine) neurontin, lyrics, elavil, quinine(can drink diet tonic water). Topical creams are also available . Laser treatment, light thespy and even surgeries are available.
