Vulvar cancer: Accounts for about 5% of all gynecologic cancers or about 2.5 cases per 100,000. Most present with a vulvar ulcer or mass. Over 90% are squamous cell carcinoma. A biopsy should be performed by your gynecologist and referral to a gyn oncologist be made. Treatment depends on the type, location and stage. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
