Pain with eye motion: It will likely be a transient pain and go away on its own. If there is any loss of vision, double vision as well as bruising around the eye or redness of the eye, you should urgently see an eye specialist. Sometimes the eye muscles can get trapped and need to be released, which happens with extreme trauma to the eye. Try taking Motrin or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain and see how you do.
