Hiv positive female with mild depression and please help me to aaaaccept my status.

Future is bright: I am not in your situation and have no right to preach. What I can share is that HIV today is a lifetime, manageable illness rather than the death sentence that it used to be. Consider cognitive-behavioral therapy to gain insights and living skills to help you fight dysthymia / depression and perhaps medication. Work hard to do meaningful things and find good relationships with others.
