Several sources: For general info about HIV and aids in the uk, http://www.Aidsmap.Com/ is a useful web site. More specifically, you can talk with your physician about your personal concerns. If worried that you've been exposed to hiv, you can get tested. You suggest that your worries are reaching obsessional level, and perhaps psychiatric consultation would help in that case. Start w/ your doctor.

Go antiretroviral!: You can clear things up by getting tested for hiv. "the facts are friendly, " as carl rogers learned. We upset ourselves with all the negative thoughts that go far beyond the facts. For those who are just learning that they are hiv+ there are many reasons to be optimistic. Treatment has never been better. Antiretroviral drugs have allowed many people to live long and normal lives. Safe sex always.
