Primary CMV infectn: You only test positive for CMV IgM when you have had a recent primary infection. You then have livelong immunity provided by CMV IgG. The timeframe needs to be checked by someone with expertise, but evidence of positive IgM means that you had a primary infection in pregnancy, which may have devastating effects on the fetus. You will not be at risk in future pregnancies because of immunity.
