Knee pain: Did you have an acute injury? if not could be tendonitis l patellaofemoral syndrome, chondromalacia patella or meniscus pain. Would rest knee ice 10 minutes 4 x a day , elevate, try NSAIDS, use support like brace and or kinesiotape, consider xrays or MRI for diagnosis and follow up with doctor/ urgent care.
