Ionized calcium: It can be cross checked with an ionized calcium. The high albumin can raise the calcium since calcium binds albumin. You can discuss this with your physician.

Had a blood test to follow up on my liver enzymes. Noticed my calcium level increased from 9.3 to 10.2. Read that raised levels of albumin can increase calcium levels slightly, is that true? My protein level also increased from 6.7 to 8.1?
