Hi, my son is 8 yo. he has a few things concerning me, but may be nothing. more recently we have noticed a bulging vein on leg on 2 cm wide.

Hard to say: 2cm is quite large for a venous appearing mass. Did you measure it? I would have this area looked at by a physician. We might be able to help with a Prime visit with photos. If he is fair, and this is truly a vein not really 2 cm, it could be a normal superficial vein. Since we don't have more history, hard to connect with your other concerns.
