Sunburn?: Get out of sun! Once indoors, put a cold, damp towel on your skin. Take frequent cool showers or baths. Use a moisturizer than contains aloe vera or soy to help soothe the sunburned skin. Chamomile lotion may help. A low dose OTC cortisone cream could also be tried. You can take ibuprofen if the pain warrants it. Drink extra water. Leave blisters alone. Stay out of the sun until completely healed
