Medical exam needed: Many things can cause abdominal pain and nausea. A detailed interview and exam, and sometimes tests, are needed to determine the cause. If the pain started suddenly, then an urgent exam is needed. If it's been there for weeks, then it's still important but less urgent. Best wishes.

Have it checked: Pain in rt lower abdomen and nausea/vomiting can be due to Acutr Appendiocitis and if it is in right upper abdomen it maybe due to problem with your Gall Bladder or Liver Get it checked by yUor doctor or o to ER
