Wow, That is ...: a lot of things going on all at once. the stomach pains may cause the nausea as well as hot flashes when you feel that sick. It could be feverish issues you feel too, and shaking and chills? Best to get the abd pain diagnosed and then the treatment and cure will follow. best wishes to you,.
