You have t see: a surgeon , will have various options ,if stricture is confined to a small area CBD ( Common bile duct ) endoscopic shunt could be placed , if extensive biliary by pass ( Rouex 'N' Y type ) may be needed by anastomosing small bowel to liver ducts .Speak to your doctor
