Arthritis?: Can 't be sure. Since you are pregnancy it may be a mechanical problem. It could be muscle about the knee or bursitis or tendonitis. I am not certain which knee you are discussion, whether it locks, is it swollen, what is the results of you laboratory tests. Since you are pregnant would hold off X-rays.
