What will help me recover from smoking addiction?

Quiting: It is often helpful to use a supplement such as gum, patch, or medication to quit. Check with a provider to find the best fit. I also suggest that you prepare to manage cravings. This can be done through distraction/activities, setting goals and reminding yourself of those goals, and "riding" the craving out - they do pass. A psychologist can help with the management of cravings. Be well.
