Multiple helps: You can see your primary care doctor for help with this -- and s/he will be glad for you to stop this health risk! there are nicotine patches, gums, and medications to help you get through nicotine withdrawal. Hypnosis can also help in many people. Stopping cigarettes is challenging, but is definitely do-able. http://www.cancer.org/healthy/stayawayfromtobacco/guidetoquittingsmoking/index.
