R/O CYST V PID: PID Is usually secondary gonorrhea or chlamydia You need a full exam with pelvic exam and labs. An abdominal and pelvic US to evaluate for cyst/PID/TOA. Seek a prompt and through evaluation. You will need a prolonged course Of antibiotics if it has been several years. And follow up after treatment to determine potential issues with fertility. Chlamydia notoriously scars Fallopian tubes
