My toddler has little red marks on her arm(she has ezcma) i've checked for bedbugs just in case and haven't found any. what can this be?

Scratch marks?: It sounds like she may be scratching the eczema. Eczema can be very itchy and antihistamine either topically or orally can be helpful to reduce the itchiness. Try using Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin over the counter to help her. if there is any pus or signs of infection near the eczema patches, she will need to see pediatrician.
