R/O MELASMA: Melasma= Mask of Pregnancy , can develop in non-pregnant women and postpartum. Also women on birth control pills. It can be difficult to treat . You need to see your doctor and be reexamined have labs checked and tapered off any Meds that can be. Root cause. If this does not resolve a dermatologist consult is appropriate there are Se laser and topical therapies that may help.
