Back pain: Your back pain and tingling could be due to many reasons. To sort this out i always recommend medical evaluation for proper diagnoses and treatment. In the meantime you can consider using simple analgesic medication like tylenol (acetaminophen), Aspirin or anti inflammatory drugs like Naproxen or ibuprofen. Hot and cold compresses may help.
