Ecrection? diarrhea?: If you are describing watery diarrhea and loss of appetite - sounds like a gastroenteritis - usually viral - but can be bacterial and may lead to dehydration -and may need treatment with medication ( antibiotic - if bacterial infection) - if symptoms do not improve with rest and clear fluids in 2 -3 days you need to see md = if you are unable to keep fluids down - you need to be seen asap -best 2u.
