Hand tickles: there are many nerves in the hand and stimulation of the palm can cause a tickling sensation if they are hypersensitive. As long as there is no decrease in strength or other signs of nerve inflammation I do not believe this is serious. However, nerve disease may need to be ruled out if this worsens. A neurological exam should be carried out and other tests may be indicated.
