Doctor can evaluate: If strange sensations like chills are recurrent and only on one arm, one leg, or one section of the body, one can be evaluated by her primary care doctor. The concern is that the cause might be related to the nerves going to that part(s) of the body... which means the doctor might refer a patient to a neurologist or a physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor) if needed.
