Not Really: You are not at risk for something serious but get it checked by your doctor or a Vasular Surgeon as it can be successfully treated if indicated for surgery or injections These are twisted enlarged veins and usualy are not a serious problem.These are caused by weak valves and veins in the legs.Valve in the legs keep the blood flowing up in one direction towards heart.When that fails veins get big
