2 separate problems: Bleeding in the eye is called Sub conjuctival hemorrhage. It is a tiny capillary burst underneath the white part of your eye. Most likely benign but check your BP. Sinus pressure may be due to Upper Respiratory congestion. If you do not have any allergy or Congestion then again Check BP and make sure it is not high
