New headache: New onset headache should be evaluated by full neurological exam and possibly imaging.

Conjunctival: hemorrhage isn't unheard of after BM and usually resolves on it's own. And headache & increased symptoms bending over are common with eye irritation. There's probably nothing to be concerned about. If it doesn't improve in another week or two or if you're just concerned you should see your doctor for an exam.
