Pancreas: It depends on what type of cancer. She maybe a surgical candidate to remove it. Best thing is to consult your medical doctor and possibly see a surgeon who is a liver and biliary specialist

Need to: Determine if localized, and operable, metastatic to the liver or peritonea lcavity (or other), or touching portal vein, mesenteric vessels or aorta. Outcome are not commonly good, but depend on location. Tail/neurendocrine tumors , are more operable, grow slower, longer survival naturally.
