Need to: Determine if localized, and operable, metastatic to the liver or peritonea lcavity (or other), or touching portal vein, mesenteric vessels or aorta. Outcome are not commonly good, but depend on location. Tail/neurendocrine tumors , are more operable, grow slower, longer survival naturally.
