Healthy female, mid 20s. vomited past three mornings. just had green diarrhea and now have moderate to severe low back pain. help?

Gastroenteritis: most likely a viral gastroenteritis--N/V/diarrhea for 3-4 days. Assuming that you are not currently pregnant-The most common viruses now are the Noro ,echo, and flu virus type B----they last 3-4 days typically. ( BRAT) --diet: bananas ,rice,apple sauce, toast--- fluids--such as Gator aide ---no diary for 1 week -if you are having blood or mucus in your stools--or running a fever see your doctor

Vomiting: Fever? Any one around you have the same? Sounds like gastroenteritis. Could be a UTI. Try to stay hydrated and see your doctor soon
