Usually not diarrhea: All those other things yes - nausea, back pain, sweating. Usually you don't get diarrhea with kidney infection. I'd see a doc and get a urine test to check it out. Good luck!

Yes: Pyelonephritis (kidney infection) can cause all of these symptoms. You should be seen by a physician right away to get evaluated and started on appropriate antibiotic therapy.
