GI symptoms : Have your primary care doctor refer you to a GI specialist or a colorectal surgeon. It sounds like you may have a colon problem and need endoscopy (a scope to look inside your gastrointestinal tract) to diagnose it. The symptoms you have need immediate evaluation.
