Triglycerides: Im guessing what you really want to do is lower your triglycerides. Triglycerides are very dependent on the amount and types of food you eat. Lowering triglycerides should ideally be done with lifestyle changes, specifically lowering your calorie intake, eating fewer carbohydrates, exercising, and losing weight. Most of the time this can take care of the problem. Meds are not usually indicated.
