Yes: The rule of thumb is whatever bothers you, stop eating or doing it. Most intestinal problem from dairy is from lactose intolerance but then this should occur with pasteurized milk as well. I can only guess that there may be some bacteria present in the raw milk causing your intestinal symptoms. Raw milk has been linked to multiple infections and there is no proven health benefit from it.
