Depends: Depends upon the person and especially the exercise. There are so many : soccer,football,basketball,track,field hockey,lacrosse,swimming,diving,gymnastics,track/field,cycling,running,fencing,weight training,wrestling,etc. Each has its own dynamics and their effects on the body. You want to preserve the bony growth plates and allow the developing musculoskeletal system to develop properly.Good Luck
