Rock climbing : Rock climbing, along with cardiovascular exercise in general, releases the body's natural endorphins into the bloodstream, making the climber feel good and give them a sense of euphoria. I would imagine this to be similar to a runner's high. Exercise in general is a great place to live off stress and anxiety with. One cannot go wrong with physical exercise.
