Yes, but rare.: Soft tissue sarcomas can go to the brain, but is is rare. One estimate is that less than 1% of sarcoma patients will have brain metastases.

Very rare: Sarcoma is a cancer that arises in bone, muscle and connective tissue. If it spreads, it usually goes to the lungs. Spread to the brain is very rare. Some rare subtypes, like alveolar soft parts sarcoma, do it more frequently than others.
