Pain and swelling: Ewing's sarcoma can arise from bones or soft tissues. In bones, ewing's presents with pain and usually a lump. In the soft tissues, there is a lump, but it is usually painless. Occasionally, patients may have fevers and chills. Not all sarcomas follow these rules, but these are the most common symptoms.
