Infants can become: dehydrated more quickly than older children or adults. Their temperature control system is also not as good as an older person. So it is important to make sure they are drinking plenty of fluids (enough to be urinating frequently) and preferably have them stay indoors with air conditioning.

Many results...: Two major concerns would be dehydration and hyperthermia. So an infant should never be left in such warm situations. They have a large surface area for size hence they can loose a lot of water in severe heat. I am referring to an outdoor exposed situation. Short periods of time may not be harmful.
