Venous insufficiency: You may see leg swelling or varicose veins in the leg that has the issue. There are many causes for this that include family history, multiple pregnancies, obesity and trauma. There are many safe and effective medical and surgical treatments for this condition. Your best options is to speak to a local specialist in your area.
