Unknown: the temperature of a vagina is not necessarily diagnostic or meaningful for any disease. Is there anything else going on with you? You might want to see a gynecologist. Based upon your age it is possible that you are having perimenopausal symptoms and it could be related to a hot flash , but more information is needed.
