Cuts: Not sure why you would have cuts in the vagina unless trauma occurred during sex or insertion of a foreign body. What is more likely is severe irritation which can mimic the sensation of cuts or tears. Irritation is common in menopause if there is severe dryness or infection. I would recommend an exam by your OBGYN to find the root of the problem so you can feel better soon!
