Kidney beans: you have two kidneys normally, they are 6-11 cm in greatest length and shaped and colored (surprisingly) like kidney beans. you can see kidneys in the butcher shop in any grocery store, they can get some for you if it is not routinely stocked. they are red-brown, and usually smooth on the outside.
